Processing options refer to the time it takes to physically produce your signs. Time in transit related to your chosen shipping method is in addition to these times.
We will do our very best to ship your signs within 15 business days of final proof approval. In most cases your order will ship before this. The actual ship date of your order is dependent on a number of factors including our current workload, inventory, sign quantity, and the complexity of your signs.
We give preference to rush orders at all stages of production. Your order will be placed at the top of each of our queues just below previously submitted rush orders. Rush processing will ensure priority is given to your sign at each stage of production. While we make no guarantees about ship dates or delivery dates, we can promise you that a rush order will ship faster than if it was placed as a standard processing order. If you have a target in mind please let us know and we'll do our best to meet it.
In general you can expect a rush order to ship about five days early, subject to current work load and component availability.
