We do our best to calculate accurate shipping costs at checkout time, but due to the nature of our business the actual shipping charges may differ from those quoted when you place your order. You will be charged for actual shipping costs incurred.
Returns & Refunds
We know you'll love our signs, but if for some reason you wish to return an item to us please contact our support department via the ‘Support’ widget on our homepage or Contact Us page. We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue as soon as possible. For custom products we cannot accept returns for issues with the design so please make sure your proofs are correct before approving them. If you have issues with a product failure or are unhappy with a products construction or functionality we'll be happy to accept the item return and offer a full refund of the amount you paid for the product excluding shipping costs provided you have contacted us within (21) days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the Purchaser's responsibility.
