Shipping Policy

When Will My Sign(s) Ship?

After your order is placed we will provide you with a print ready proof to review and approve.  Your proof will be delivered within 1 business day and if you do not receive an email notifying you that your proof is ready, please check your spam folder or check back on our webpage to review your proof.  We will not print your sign until approval has been provided.  Once you approve the proof for production, our processing clock starts.  Standard processing build time is 15 business days from proof approval.  We aim to have your signs on a carrier truck or ready for pickup on or before that last business day.  We'll often beat this guidance but final processing time is fluid and dependent on our current order volume and in stock materials. 

Carrier Options

At checkout you will be presented with applicable options from the following carriers. FedEx & UPS.  These are estimates only and subject to change based on actual carrier costs at the time your order ships. These estimates consist of two components.  The first is the actual carrier fees we will be paying to ship your order.  The second are boxing/crating charges and represent our cost for custom boxes/crating and other materials required to secure your sign(s) for transport.

We quote based on rates published by the carriers at the time of your order, and charge actual carrier rates at the time your order ships.  Fluctuations with carrier pricing may result in your final shipping total being higher or lower than the price quoted at checkout.  If you prefer that we not include carrier charges on your order you may provide your own carrier account number at checkout and any shipping charges will be directed to the account provided at your own negotiated rates.  Your order will still be subject to boxing/crating charges which are representative of our actual costs for prepping your signs for shipment.

In-Store Pickup

If you are local to Kalamazoo, MI you may choose one of the In-Store pickup options.  We offer unboxed picked or boxed pickup.  Boxed pickups will be prepped and secured for carrier transport. Unboxed pickup will the signs only with no packing or protection. If you would prefer to use another carrier and arrange your own transportation please select in store pickup boxed option and reach out to us with details for the handoff.  We can make sure your exporter or carrier contact receive the boxes ready for transport.

International Shipping

We routinely ship internationally.  If you receive a quote for your destination address during checkout we can ship to you.  If only the instore options appear during the shipping portion of your checkout then you may need to work with an exporter to arrange transportation.  Reach out to us and we will help you find a solution.  

Returns & Refunds

We know you'll love our signs, but if for some reason you wish to return an item to us please contact our support department via the ‘Support’ widget on our homepage or Contact Us page.  We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue as soon as possible.  For custom products we cannot accept returns for issues with the design so please make sure your proofs are correct before approving them.  If you have issues with a product failure or are unhappy with a products construction or functionality we'll be happy to accept the item return and offer a full refund of the amount you paid for the product excluding shipping costs provided you have contacted us within (21) days of receipt.  Shipping costs for returns are the Purchaser's responsibility.


All of our signs carry a 1 year warranty for parts and labor for signs utilized under normal operating conditions.  The warranty period starts from the day your finished sign is delivered to the ship to address on your order.  We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with them.

If there is an issue with your sign during this 1 year period, depending on the nature of the failure, we can often ship you replacement components that can be easily swapped out on site. If your sign needs to be returned to us for warranty work within the first 30 days and you are located in the lower 48 United States we will cover round trip shipping costs.  If after 30 days from the delivery date you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges.  Customers located outside of the United States, in Alaska or Hawaii will be required to cover all shipping costs related any warranty work.

If you experience a failure after this one year period just reach out via phone or email.  After one year, depending on the nature of failure and at our sole discretion, we’ll often send replacement parts at no cost or perform service work at no cost provided you pay applicable shipping expenses.

Retain your shipping crate/box and packing materials for at least 30 days after installation of your sign. If you should need to return the sign to us, locating appropriate packing material will be difficult.  Because of dimensional weight pricing used by the shipping carriers for large packages the cost to ship a replacement box is often as much as shipping the entire sign.  Should you require a replacement box, you will be responsible for these costs.
