Important Ordering Information
When placing orders, please keep the following in mind:
Always use the appropriate distributor coupon code provided to you when accepted into the program in order to receive your discount.
NEVER enter your customer’s email address into our system. When prompted for shipping details, enter your customer’s shipping address but use your own email address only. Automated emails related to your order including pricing will be sent to both the billing and shipping email addresses.
Instruction Manuals & Packing Slips
We ship your signs as blind as possible, which means we will not include our standard QR code stickers with links back to our instructions page. Your customers will not have operating instructions in the box! Feel free to grab any of our manuals and rebrand them before providing them to your customer.
After placing your order, feel free to email us a .pdf of your standard packing slip. We will print and include it in the box with the sign. If no packing list is provided, the sign will ship without one.
